Though details are sketchy OBSCURA made a raid into a factory early this morning. Confimed reports include laser fire, various explosions, and there are unconfirmed reports that the Shadow Alliance is involved.
A spokesman for OBSCURA only willing to be addressed as 'The Director" commented that "OBSCURA is now up and running, and anyone that abuses their power should fear OBSCURA."
