Robot Mode Appearance: like the little guy in the pic
Vehicle/Alt Mode Weapons : rolling into things. mines/charges/bombs
Robot Mode Weaponry : plasma riffle, mines/charges/bombs
History: sheila and andy worked on a series of deep space missions helping to keep peace within an alien civilization, after they were satisfied with their work and received optimus prime's message they headed for earth

Hmm. Ball? Interesting choice. If possible could you maybe make the ball mode a secondary alt mode from some sort of vehicle? I could see him as a sort of...bus or fire engine or something heavy that has numerous panels that can fold into a ball as well as robot mode. In addition the robot mode could use the ball mode panels like miniature shields, or something.
PM me if you think of something or nothing and we'll work it out.
