Appearance: Veltek members all wear very heavy robes and have their left eye glowing bright red. Each member aside from the robes and eye, have varying number and styles of cybrnetic prosthetics.

History: Veltek members come from all over the world and many ages, the only thing the unites Veltek members is a single desire. They all have the unusual desire to emnhance their bodies with cybernetic prosthetics

Powers/Abilities: Varies based on their implants

Weaknesses: Electiricty, Computer viruses, most can't swim, at least part of their bodies are still organic

Name: Razorjaw
Ailias: Veltek Lieutenant

Appearance: Most of his body has been replaced by machinery, his only visible flesh is the remainder of his face. His mouth and lower jaw are filled with sharp metal teeth. His fingers have long bladed claws, spikes protrude from his elbow, his legs are reverse jointed. His lower jaw is completly mechanical, and he has long horns that extend from his forhead.

Personality: A sadist at heart, he loves to inflict debilitating injuries, and injuries that will kill slowly. He also tends to be a little impulsive.

Biography: As a prison inamte Razorjaw strived to be like his idol Edge, however he could never quite match up. So when the Veltek leader offered him the oppurtunity to become a cyborg he jumped on it. In nearly a decade he has sacrificed the majority of his body to surpass his idol.

Powers/Abilities: 1) Enhanced Strength, speed, and durability

Weaknesses: 1) His joints are poorly armored
2) He has aimited power supply.

Name: Joseph McNair
Ailias: Velkan

Appearance: Massive robotic abomination. His feet are three pronged claws, his hands are three fingered. His body is very bulky, and has numerous moving panels that contain numerous weapons. His black cloak actually folds into a cape for combat mode. He has no visible flesh.

Personality: Velkan wishes he was a machine. Since most of his body was immobile from an early age he succombed to insanity at an early age. A masachist by nature he welcomes pain, and injury.

Biography: McNair was born during the polio epidemic, and at a early age he was confined to an iron lung. Advanced in medicine cured the disease, and advances in respirator technology returned some mobility to him. Over time he devoted his body to prosthetics research, and periodically more and more of his flesh was sacrificed, until he was left as nothing more then a brain. A scientist using ARIES technology used his still living brain to construct a new generation battle body, and used Velkan's brain as the central computer. Finally gifted with the mobility he had always desired, he decided to collect whatever else the world had denied him.

Powers/Abilities: "Jettison"

Weaknesses: Extreme temperatures can cause system malfunctions within his internal structure.

Appearance: Exoskeleton equipped Veltek members, very similar to Edge, except they carry two swords, and have shuriken/kunai launchers in their arms. Their helmets each bare a red visor.

Biography: Veltek ninja are elite Veltek that rather then sacfricing their body piece by piece, they sacrifce nearly all of it at once to recieve an mass production ARIES (Edge Mk I) exoskeleton. Ninja function as intermediaries for Razorjaw and Velkan, as well as acting as assassins and personal guards to Razorjaw and Velkan

Powers/Abilities: 1) Stealth- They have optic camoflauge that can be disrupted by water, and light flashes.
2) Glider- The ninja are light enough that they have a collapseable glider that can be stored in their exoskeleton

Weaknesses: Thin Armor- The Veltek Ninja suffer from thin armor so that they can be more agile and use the glider, so they cannot take alot of damage at once.

Weapons/Equipment: 1) Saw-tana- a pair of saw edged katana powered through theiur internal power source
2) Kunai/shuriken launcher- mounted in wrist, it fires kunai bombs or flash shuriken like bullets

5) Expandable shields stored as his lower arm panels
