Personality: Psychotic and sociopathic, he feels no remorse for the hundreds of people his powers and bombs have killed. His preferred method of asassination is tot urn his target into a living bomb, then wait until they come into contact with electricity and get blown up.

Background: Originally the son of a gifted chemist, his parents were both killed by the government in order to capture him and utilise his powers for the good of the country. Unfortunately he was rebellious and their attempts to break his spirit made him muderously insane. one day he turned his guards into living bombs and detonated them with a damaged power cable, allowing him to escape the governemnt facility he was being held in in New York city, afterards he became a mercenary, sellingh is skills to anyone willing to pay the right price

Powers: Semtex can turn anything he touches into a high explosive and is highly skilled in making many diffrent kinds of bombs and explosives

Weaknesses: Despite his powers turning things into high explosives, the explosives still need to have an electric current run through them or they won't detonate, his insanity means he can be easily manipulated and while he's very good at blowing things up, he isn't very intellegant. He also prefers to work behind the scenes and doesn't fare too well when it comes ot actually fighting his opponents

Weapons/equipment: He possesses many diffrent industrial tools, all of which can be used as a weapon if he's cornered, as well as the dozens of electical detonators he uses to detonate his bombs
