All characters must be fundamentally original, so no clones of any character anywhere (unless they are your own property), and no ripped off names.

New Character Rules: due to the nature of the new LaD plotline I want the new characters to have be stronger than before, therefore all characters MUST BE TOP TIER LEVEL!
