Alexis moved into the chamber as well, looking around. "Wow... I wonder how long that thing has been trapped here, wherever here is."

Leslie took a look inside the room, but didn't go in. "There isn't another of those in there, is there?"

Selena stepped into the chamber and moved towards the sword. "Yes...the Sanctus Judicum..." she said in an awed voice. She got up on the altar and examined it carefully. "Or at least, this is a perfect copy. It looks old enough to have belonged to Zanek, but unless its powers are verified I can't be 100% sure..." Selena looked around the chamber searching for something, then sighed when she didn't find it. "No glove. It must be in a different chamber." Selena turned to Malistyrax. "If I may ask, why are you and the others searching for this sword? You don't seem to be treasure theives."

"Would you believe that an interdimensional being teleported us here to find something to help us kill an immortal metahuman?" Malistyrax comments at the absurdity of his statement, even though he knows full well it is perfectly true. Malistyrax reaches toward the Altar to grab the Sactus Judicium, and abruptly the sword vanishes.

MoA's eyes grow wide, and he hurries back toward the exit. "Its a TRAP!" He yells as a solid stone wall slams shut closing the room off leaving everyone in the chamber (Alexis, Selena, MoA, Malistyrax, Chimera, and Lycan) trapped. The bones laying on the ground start to resonate and glow with a faint aura, in the dark chamber the glowing bones provide the only light. The bones start to levitate, and reassemble into something.

Outside the chamber those still outside (Nitrox, Amp, Fuse, Bone) hear a distinct sound of someone walking. From the corridors skeleton soldiers armed with Ancient weapons start to pour in.

Crap.
The stone wall slammed into Nitrox's face. He turned to see the warriors and, using his quick brain of his, formed a simple plan. "Amp, sonic yell. Bone, help out. For now, we defend. Fuse, can you blast apart another wall?"
Nitrox started to pick off skeletons with concentrated NX, the NX corroding the bones by vibration and weakening them severely.

How long have i been wandering through theses tunnels?
he thought as he rounded yet another bend. Suddenly he heard voices ahead and spreading his wings sped forward only to see the door closing as he approached. Methodically he began to search the room trying to find a switch or button to open the door

"Who died and made you boss, blue-boy?" Leslie snapped at Nitrox. She did as she was told, though, letting loose a sonic yell at the oncoming skeleton soldiers.

Alexis adjusted her grip on her swords, trying to determine what the bones were assembling into. "Well isn't this nice. Trapped in a room with some sort of skeleton creature." Might as well start before it has a chance to fight back... Alexis sent a volley of energy blasts at the bone creature as it was forming, hoping to catch it while it might still be vulnerable.

"At this point, I'll buy it," said Selena to Malistyrax as she caught the bottom of the skeleton creature in a slow time sphere, trying to keep it from completely assembling and holding it in one place.

Fuse uses a beam to destry a skeleton, and quickly upgrades its sword, to one with a beam edge, and then a thought occurs to her. Where the hell is Icarus? She does not have to to ponder as she cuts down a skeleton, her sword passing through it like butter.

Bone uses bone spikes to shatter two skulls that were approaching Nitrox. "You're too green to give me orders blue boy."

"Chimera find some sort of exit, Edge isn't here to break down the wall," Malistyrax orders. Chimera nods and he goes off sniffing looking for an exit.

Malistyrax gathers an infernocrusher, and tosses it at the bones, but despite Selena's field the skeleton keeps assembling. In fact the bones' glow is getting brighter. Too late it occurs to Malistyrax what is going on. "Its feeding off our energy, release it girl, stop attacking Alexis!"

Alexis quickly stopped her attacks, recalling the blasts that had not struck their target yet. "Oops... sorry."

Leslie sent another sonic yell at the oncoming skeletons, then rolled her eyes. "This is annoying. What are the others doing in there?" She turned and unleashed a sonic yell at the wall standing between them and the rest of the group.

"Look, for now, we need to be together in a big group rather than have us be picked apart. Everyone, shut up and deal. Someone get to work on the wall. Unless someone else has something POSITIVE to contribute..." said Nitrox, obviously pissed.
Nitrox checked his reserves as he sniped another two skeletons with concentrated NX. One glove down. I don't have much left... These concentrated blasts are taking too much out of me...
"Guys, we need to either bust a wall or find another path. What will it be?"
He drew two kunai and held them ready for close combat.

Icarus could hear the shouts of battle behind the sealed door. Growing anxious he searched more frantically for the switch to open the door. Finally he found a small alcove. Peering in he saw a lever, praying that it would open the door he reached in pulled the lever at the same time the creature that had made the hole it's home snapped out biting painfully into the back of his hand. A rumbling sound starts as Icarus pulls his hand back cradling it.

Selena immeadiately released her time sphere.

The wall opened by Icarus, slides open into the chamber steadily filling with skeleton soldiers. Bone immediatly clears a path toward the door. "We have to fall back!" "Icarus are there skeletons down there?" Bone shoves his way into the tunnel without waiting for an answer.

Fuse grabs Amp and goes over the skeleton soldiers and dumps her in the tunnel, "No good the other wall was a decoy we have to find another way in."

Malistyrax readies himself. "Use physical attacks only!" Malistyrax leaps toward the assembling monster, but a large bone tail slams him into the ceiling.

Chimera throws MoA and Selena toward where he's found a hidden door, and then he pounces on the skeleton monster's leg.

MoA starts feeling over the wall for some kind of switch. "There's a door here help me open it!"

Lycan attacks the body with her blood whip. Meanwhile the creature finishes merging, and then the empty skeletal cavities are immediatly fill with fire. The skeleton belongs to a dragon, and the reanimated skeletal dragon spits a stream of fire at Lycan.

"There's gotta be a switch somewhere," muttered Selena as she scanned the wall. One small patch was a different color than the rest of the wall; Selena tapped it with her scythe and it crumbled, revealing a lever. She reached out and pulled it, praying that there would be no further traps.

Nitrox made it through the crowd, trying to take out soldiers along the way. He bolted through the door and turned, firing NX back at the soldiers. "Close the door! Close the door!" shouted Nitrox at nobody in particular, as he didn't know who opened it in the first place.
