Max's attack keeps the Somniac fromgetting up..
[hr]
Mira's attack cuts open an artery which sprays her with foul smelling blood.
[hr]
Magine and Mhantra's combined attacks causes the Somniac's frozen head to go flying and shatter on the ground.
[hr]
Meanwhile as the others are fighting a figure drags Zanek's prone body away.

Max backed away from the Somniac. It all seemed to be over. He looked around.
Mira was ok, but covered in blood.
Magine and Mhantra were recovering from their attacking.
Zanek...
Where was Zanek?
Max looked around frantically. He shouted, "Where's Zanek?"

Mira tried to keep her face from being covered in blood until the stream stopped. Hearing Max's yell, Mira looked up. Oh! Right... She motioned towards where she had left Zanek before hurrying there herself. But, when she arrived... nothing. Her sword's scabbard lay there, but Zanek was gone. Panicking, she began looking around frantically. No! Where'd he go?!?
