Appearance: She wears tight fitting black pants, and a low cut black shirt. Her Shadow Alliance symbol is imprinted between her breasts, and she wears an extremely heavy black cloak. She is very pale, and beautiful. Her hair is silver colored, and her eyes are red. She typically has a veil covering her face. She wears a gold pendant bearing the symbol of Nosferatu. She paints her fingernails silver, and her finernails are actually sharp claws.

Personality: Very sensual, and seductive. She gets what she wants and will not let anyone or thing deny her.

Biography: Born in the 1300's Victoria was the daughter of a prominent nobleman in the Russian aristocracy. During a trip to meet the one of the lords her carriage was attacked and she was killed. She rose from the dead as a vampiress, and from there she has been identified as one of the driving forces behind nearly every major war in the history of Europe. After seeing something in Malistyrax she abandonned her role in Europe to become part of his Shadow Alliance.

Powers/Abilities: 1) Blackout- she can extinguish light sources in the immediatly area (they relight at her leisure)
2) Shapeshift- she can change forms between many things including mist, a wolf, and of course a bat
3) Telekinesis- she can move small objects with her thoughts alone

6) Bloodlust- if she is injured she can heal by simply feeding on human blood

Weaknesses: 1) Sunlight nullifies all of her powers except for the speed and strength
2) An actual holy crucifix can create a barrier that repels her
3) Pure silver can cause her physical harm that she cannot regenerate immediatly
4) Her senses can be dulled with garlic
