Appearance: A creature of a different color. No. Literally. Not that it was truly anything too much out of the ordinary. Or so we think. Rintuk barely shone resemblance to the creature that he once was. A tail bore more a likeness to a dolphin than a wolf's. Twin ivory stalks spawned from the wolf-like being's scalp, between acute ears. Odd tribal markings glowed on his body at times. Odd obsidian juts out from the back of Rintuk's slender, muscled, front legs. Rintuk was oddly light for his size, but it was all for good reason.
Personality: A little cold, but ultimately caring. A realist.
Biography: Experiment #207-39. That was who he was. But he cast off the numbers in for some semblance of reality. He had taken on the name Rintuk after his escape. His escape? It had been from a facility of which he no longer remembers; by his own choice, of course. After several experiments on him, his life had been prolonged as something that they had mastered not long before Rintuk's tube-birth. His fetus had been thoroughly experimented on with new ways of mixing the genes of different creatures. His creators had been seeing how many creatures they could fuse together which was what had caused him to come to being. Upon his birth he had to be contained in water for a long amount of time until his lungs had developed, and he could breath in oxygen. His developement had marked a turning point in the science of where he was. But they didn't know that they had given him a will of independence. Over time he has developed a slight ward against psychic abilities. His mind is his own domain.
Powers/Abilities: Telepathy, Influence over water.
Weaknesses: Electricity, Ice
Weapons/Equipment: N/A

I will approve this after two things:

1) Can you expand on his appearance, at the moment I am having trouble imagining him, is he an antromorphic creature, or is he more animalistic (IE Red XIII from Final Fantasy).

2) What sort of telepethy does he have? Mind reading? Mental communication?

Sorry for vagueness.

1.) He is more realistic, on four legs, yes.
- I was going to post a picture up that I drew but I'm revising it at the moment.

2.) He communicates into others' minds, and if someone wishes, they can call for him and he will hear it. He can only hear inside the mind that allows it.
