"No, Zanek, I mean..."
Max paused. "Hey, Nova."
He turned back to Zanek. "What the hell is the bigger picture? We all know what we've seen before, and it seems like you're on to something!"

"It didn't vanish I changed locations when those demon raiders decided to haul that Somniac my way," Nova says cheerfully. He comes out from the counter and distributes the same drinks the group had ordered the last time.

Zanek rubs his temple slightly. "It happened while the werewolves had me tied up." Zanek pauses. "Its hard to describe, but when I was resigned that they would kill me and eat me, all I was able to do was pray. While I was praying I heard a voice, it told me not to die so pitifully." Zanek touches the claymore on his back. "It was the same as when I was given this sword by heaven. It told me the evil beseiging the land was nearby and that to destroy it we need only defeat the Shadowlord."

"The wind demon... Thing? How can we kill that?" asked Max as he took a drink from the glass Nova handed to him.

Mira smiled at Nova as he handed her the drink. She sat there listening to the rest of the group's conversation and sipping her drink happily, content for now to just listen in.

"how can you relocate an entire inn in one night? and you left us to be ambushed" magine comments, spiking her water with blood from her bottle

Nova looks at Magine, first it is not easy to move an entire inn. Second, I did not leave you in the open.

"Anyway," Zanek says loudly to get attention turned back to himself. "To kill a wind demon is easier than you would think. Mhantra will kill it with ice. Ice is the natural antithesis to wind, so Mhantra will kill it."

"Well, that's good," said Max. "No worries then?"

"Not at all so long as we have faith," Zanek says. "Right Mhantra?"

"im a dragon, i dont beleive in your human religions. and im not going to be doing all the work, am i?" mhantra asks

"Of course not I'll be there with the Sanctus Judicium." Zanek says. "Hey Nova what do we owe for the drinks?" When Zanek turns to look Nova is gone, and when he turns back Zanek and his companions are sitting in their chair except now they are in a room full of demon raiders. "The hell?" THe demon raiders only take notice of the group when Zanek stands up in surprise.

Mira lept out of her chair in surprise, hurrying over to stand next to Zanek for protection. How did that happen?!?

"Come on..." said Max, reaching for his shield and sword, just in case.

"i knew it!" magine exclaims "he left us just like he did before" she draws her sword and takes a battle stance back to back with mhantra

"He didn't abandon us, hell he just gave us the biggest help he possibly could," Zanek says pulling his claymore. "Now if my guess is right, Nova just placed us inside the enemy stronghold!" Zanek cuts down a demon raider.
"Make sure none of them leave alive," Zanek says cutting another down. Without their armor the demon raiders are much smaller and weaker than they normally appear.

Max took down one raider nearby with his sword and decapitated another.
