Ever since she was born, her family thought she was part albino, because of her silvery hair and pale skin. However, her eyes still remain a piercing ice blue.
Personality: Marin is a nice person when she wants to be, with a relatively long streak of patience. However, if you press her patience and get her mad she quite literally explodes.

[align=center]Biography:[/align]
Marin grew up in Montana, loving the freezing lakes and perpetually cold weather. However, what her parents always assumed was Albinism was later revealed as dormant genes in her body. The doctors couldn’t tell the parents what the gene was for, but they knew it wasn’t normal whatever it was. A few years later when Marin was ice-skating the ice cracked beneath her, dropping her into the freezing water below. Somehow, the freezing water activated her dormant gene, and she unconciously forced the water to push her out of the lake and onto safer ground. Her parents immediately freaked and handed her over to the government, who after discussing it, offered her a job instead of locking her away. Now, she works for them.

Powers/Abilities:[/align]
She manipulates water and ice on a high level, so much as she can melt or freeze without thought if she wishes.

If she uses her power too much, it causes her to become violently sick as her body temperature lowers to the point of being fatal.

[align=center]Weapons/Equipment:[/align]
Marin carries a small bottle of water wherever she goes, as well as a standard issue backpack for any other supplies she needs. Also, by working for the government she has limited resources. Nothing big, but if she needs supplies, they can get it to her.

I love water based superhero, besides Aquaman. In my eyes, they all have potential to be great.
My question is why would she needs a bottle of water? If she can manipulate water and ice on a high level, can't you have it so that she can able to summon moisture from the air and condense it into water and later freeze it into ice? Either way, If i were you I'd wiki Iceman to see how powerful you want her control over water and ice to be.

The problem with her summoning it out of the air, it takes alot of energy to do. If she has the bottle of water, then she doesn't have to use that energy.

but what happens if someone drinks all the water, by accident or something?

Then She manipulates it to make them explode.

-grins evilly- You have to remember that the human body is mostly water. She can do it even if they don't drink the water. Unfortunately she hasn't quite perfected that yet.
