Alter Ego: Conroy Abram Norris

Age: 87 but doesn't look a day over 44 years old thanks to the experiential serum that Shadow Network kept giving him to maintain his physical prowess and to retard his aging process

Appearance: Much like Christopher Eccleston (if you don't know him, Google him), wears a uniform similar to the normal universe Nick Fury.

Team affiliations: United States Army, CIA, O.B.S.C.U.R.A, Shadow Network

Alias: The Director, Black Glove, Man of Action and various others on undercover missions

Personality: Most of the time He is a polite and suave character to those he meets and is slow to anger when it comes to rude people. On the flip side, Conroy is also seen as a grim, relentless and coldhearted individual to those who are his enemies. That remorseless reputation has earned him the nicknamed Black Glove in his early CIA/OBSCURA days. He was also given the nickname Man of Action because of his thrillseeking and lone wolf approach to highgrade missions, Instead of sending a team of agents by themselves, he would often accompany them or go by himself.

Biography: When enlisted in O.B.S.C.U.R.A, most of his personal records have been erased. However, what has been gathered over the years is that he served as a fighter pilot during the last two years of WWII. After being injured by shrapnel fire, he was sent home after the injury cost him the use of his legs and left eye. Two years after the war, Conroy agreed to help a pharmaceutical company test a rejuvenating serum. The serum worked and not only restored the use of his legs and eye, it slightly enhanced his strength, endurance, agility, speed, reflexes, and durability to a peak human level. The cure, nonetheless, had a heavy price to pay. The pharmaceutical company was a front for a terrorist organization only known as the Shadow Network.

They brainwashed into being their top agent and for 20 years, he carried out their "cloak and dagger" missions to take over the world. It wasn't until an OSCURA agent under the guise of a CIA agent, Valerie Hill, confronted him and reminded him of her father who served as his fellow wingman during the war. Released of Shadow Network's brainwashing, Valerie pulled some strings to make him an honorary CIA agent who worked under the alias Black Glove, a double agent inside the terrorist organization. Over time, a passionate romance was born between Valerie and Conroy. After the fall of Shadow Network, Valerie was promoted to Director of OBSCURA and Conroy was made an OBSCURA agent. In 1986, Valerie was betrayed by a rogue agent/contract killer, Marcus Payton, and was killed in a helicarrier accident. Her final wishes was that Conroy take her position as Head Director of OBSCURA.

Weakness: Due to his prolonged exposure to the serum, he cannot go without a week without a regular injection or would die from a massive withdrawal of the drug.

Abilities:
- Skilled and experienced WW2 pilot

- When recruited in Shadow Network and OBSCURA he learned many fighting disciplines such as Krav Maga, Muay Thai and his favorite, Boxing.

- Received training as a paratrooper, a Ranger (commando), a demolitions expert, a vehicle specialist (including aircraft and seagoing vessels) and received Green and Black Beret Special Forces training. (So he's a jack of all trades type of guy)

- Has access to a wide range of equipment and weaponry designed by OBSCURA technicians. He's a "speak little but carry a big stick" type of guy so he prefer small concealable gadgets and weapons that can be used to a great effect like an explosive cigar lighter, wristwatch garrote, Cigar welder, dagger shoes. (You know James Bond stuff)

Allright two things before I approve this one:

1) Give him a set list of gadets, that can be amended later.

2) In a pm give me more information on OBSCURA.

I hate to point this out, but You have already posted this character. Or at least, an interaction between him and Super Texan.
