you post something that you put in a vending machine, then the next person posts what you get, and then that person posts another thing they put in

for example
first post: i put in a toothbrush
second post: you get a tooth, i put in a soda can

etc etc etc

so i'll start it off

That was a fairly quick fail.
I put in a globe. (First thing that randomly came to mind.)
