"I'd call an airlift if I had an airship to airlift us, damn that Revan that airship wasn't even fully paid off." MoA says frustrated.

The truck halts. "Scan complete, pending biometric confirmation, welcome to the Icebox."

Eclipse tenses up when a very distinct stomping comes from inside the Icebox. "This is bad, very bad MARS is back!" She says loudly.

Alexis moved so that she was closer to Eclipse in case things got nasty. "Let me talk to him; if they haven't totally trashed his memory, I may be able to talk him into letting us go. I've had some successful dealings with him before." I'm constantly running into him... at this rate, I might be able to talk to him without getting a gun pointed in my face right away.

"He should be good... We have our memories from Nova's world, maybe he'll remember that he was on your side..." said Nitrox. "Though I took him out, so you better break it to him kindly that I'm with you guys..."

"That isn't MARS," Eclipse says faintly as HADES rounds the corner.

"Prepare for biometric scanning, please remain still at all times during the procedure," it says in an indifferent digital voice. It approaches the group methodically, holding an enormous baton.

Alexis's eyes narrowed. Another mech-head? I guess we'll just have to improvise then. Alexis shifted slightly to make sure she could see out the driver side window, then said quietly to Eclipse. "If we get the chance, let's talk our way though this. There might be a chance to get this one on our side."

"forget it" charge says as she starts walking down the road twards the icebox

"Intruder alert!" HADES says in an inquisitive tone. A panel on his back opens and a series of weapons fold out into his hands, and onto fixed positions around his body. Immediatly HADES fires a series a rockets toward the group of villains.

Eclipse transforms into mist and clears away from the rockets.

Outside even at their range a series of loud sirens reaches MoA's group. "Double time it!" MoA says to Fuse, Amp and Charge, hurrying toward the Icebox.

Fuse hovers back to the wrecked truck, and her living wires tear off one of the doors. She converts it into an impromptu hover board, and brings it to the group so they can hop on it.

Alexis quickly hopped into the front seat of the truck where Eclipse had been moments before and created a shield around the truck to deflect the incoming attack. "Well that was a bit rude," She told HADES. "We've barely met each other, and you're already shooting rockets at us. Let's start over." She gave HADES a smile. "Hi, I'm Alexis. I don't believe we've been introduced. Who are you?"

Leslie hopped onto the hoverboard Fuse was providing. "Whoever tripped the alarms must be stupid. Isn't the Ice Box supposed to be super secure?"

HADES pauses as his deflected rockets go awry, and blow holes in the walls. "Condescending Response: My identity is of little consequence. Exclamatory Statement: DIE!" A panel on his chest opens and a a large cannon extends out. His Maser cannon fires straight at Alexis and the truck.

"That's the intruder alert, someone broke in not out," MoA says to Amp leaping onto the board.

Felix turned his head in the direction the alarm. Sensing the danger, Felix quickly turned to smoke. Spreading himself out as thin as possible, he slowly made his way towards the source of all the noise.
Felix saw what looked like a prison. Slowly, he made his way around the prison seeking an entrance and noting escape routes. Filing into one of the gaping holes in the wall, Felix turned again. His bones crack and popped as he assumed the shape of a black wolf. Felix inahled. He could practically smell the power pulsing in the room. Oh yes, they were here. Distracted by the energy, Felix jerked his head toward the enterance as someone approached.

Nitrox grabbed Alexis and ran out of the van, which was incenerated by the blast. "I guess they were smart... Well you can't convert him," he said. "Where's Eclipse? We need some bearing... My Scope is having a hard time scanning this place." A warning appeared in Nitrox's Scope, and he issued the command to turn off all possible wireless entrances into the Scope. "Crap, now it can't do hardly anything!" he exclaimed.

Nitrox readied his kunai to prepare for further attack from HADES.

"Ironic Exclamation: They moved." HADES retracts his Maser cannon, and a pair of large cannons fold out of his backpack and around his hips. "Threatening Statement: Running will not help you." The left flamethrower barrel shoots a stream of napalm, while the right frostthrower barrel shoots a stream of liquid nitrogen.

Eclipse whistles at Alexis and Nitrox from an overhead catwalk. "Hey Scruffy and Speedball I'm going ahead to find Lord Malistyrax!"

"Angry Exclamation: No you won't." A pair of launchers on HADES back rotate 180 degrees, and fires a pair of missiles at Eclipse who takes off down the catwalk.

"Fine," Fuse says quietly, accelerating the platform to a ridiculous speed. The platform halts near a large hole blasted in the side of the Icebox, where a black wolf is standing.

MoA sees the wolf and his eyes narrow. "Eclipse is known to turn into a wolf," his eyes widen in understanding. "They are trying to free Malistyrax, Amp attack the wolf!"

Not one to hesitate, Leslie immediately gave a yell at the black wolf, amplifying it with her powers. "Yo! Wolfy! We see you!"

Alexis quickly shielded Eclipse from the missiles. "Metal head, you seem to need a speech upgrade... Why don't you stop attacking us for a bit and we can give you a few lessons." She fired off a few warning blasts of energy at HADES's missile launchers.

HADES disregards Alexis's attack. "Irritated statement: Will you die already, contrary to your belief I do have other duties to attend." HADES hits Alexis with a burst from his frostthrower trapping her legs in ice.
