a shadow golem catches zurubane's attack.

revan jumps on the shadow golem's back and unleashes a volley from the riffle into zurubane's face.

One of Nitrox's metal spheres finally gets close enough to explode near MoA. Because its power was drained from moving such a great distance, the explosion was an extremely faint blue that didn't even affect MoA as the wave hit him. The sphere self destructed.

Abruptly Zurubane is protected by a long Hell Serpent. Other hell serpents rise from small portals, they fly around on clusters of small wings, and a group maul the golem easily tearing it to shreds (since hell serpents regularly crush and eat brimstone). A large Hell Serpent tosses Revan into the air, and attempts to catch him in its maw.

MoA grins. "Collect whatever wreckage you find, Lina will be happy to another toy to reverse engineer!" MoA yells at a couple of soldiers that hurry to collect the debris left by the sphere. "Mr Lansdale!" He orders slapping Super Texan's flask out his hands.

Begrudgingly Super Texan bends down, and then he vaults into the air using his super strength. From his vantage point he catches sight of a faint spot of blue on a far off rooftop. As he starts to reach the top of his leap, he turns backwards and thunderclaps. The force of the thunderclap propells Super Texan like a bullet at Nitrox.

"Lets keep our distance, this could give us the break we've been looking for." Eclipse says to Alexis.

Predator hurries back to Amp, and picks her up in a way that clearly violates Amp's personal space before tossing her over her shoulder, and hurries to catch up with the OBSCURA forces.

a large raven beast swoops down, grabs revan, and flies him away. while a second large raven beast dives at the hell serpent with its talons. two more shadow golems appear and they gang up on zurubane, while the raven beast with revan flies by, shooting at zurubane.

"Time to go vintage on this jabroni," Zurubane says shrugging off Revan's attacks. He snaps his fingers, and immediatly both Golems, and the raven are tangled up in a crowd of tentacles. Zurubane's summoned Nightmare Beasts roar, and they mangle the golems with armored tentacles.

Zurubane resumes his favorite human form, and sits down as the group of Nightmare Beasts assault the tangled raven, and Revan.

revan is absorbed into the body of the raven beast.

a large flock of raven beasts of both sizes that have been summoned so far start attacking the nightmare beasts.

revan drops out of one of the large raven beasts and on his decent he cleaves one of the nightmare beasts in half, vertically, with his sword.

a large beast, blackwell behemoth, approximately 1,600 meters long and 800 meters wide, breaks its way out of a nearby abandoned warehouse walking on six limbs, an armored shell similar to that of a tortis. the rim of the shell is accompanied by a series of tentacles. with tusks originating from the back of its mouth. the blackwell behemoth smashes the nightmare beasts, wile grabbing the stray ones with the tentacles and eating them.

revan walks up to zurubane. "if we continue like this, the battle will last an eternity. the bottom line is, i need your power."

"Correct if I continue to play it will last for eternity," Zurubane says. He looks around a moment and scratches his chin. "If power is what you seek, then what do you wish to trade for it in a contract? Your life? Your soul? Someone you care for? What will you trade for power?"

Something small rises from underneath the behemoth, but it stays hidden in the shadows.

after hearing 'someone you care for?' revan turns his head and smiles at charge. "she'll be some use to me after all"

a large raven swoops down abducts charge and drops her over revan.

revan grabs charge out of the air "will she do?"

Alexis frowned. "Eclipse, I don't like the look of what's going on between Revan and Zurubane there. I don't like the idea of those two teaming up."

Leslie's head felt like someone was hammering away on it. As Predator carried her off, she spotted the giant bird abducting Charge. "What's going on? Shouldn't we help Charge?"

Zurubane stands up, as if to examine Charge. "I remember you, you shot me in the face with this toy," he says snatching Charge's grenade launcher. "By the way you are far too trusting," Zurubane says abruptly pointing the grenade launcher in Revan's face, and he pulls the trigger.

A small parasitic creature summoned by Zurubane latches onto the behemoth.

"It seems that we don't have to worry about that too much," Eclipse says watching Zurubane turn the weapon on Revan.
[hr]
"I can't carry you...and save her," Predator says breathing hard. "Fuse...get...Charge!" Predator yells pointing her free hand toward Charge. Amp starts to slip off her shoulder and Predator hikes Amp back up by her pants.

Fuse catches Predator's signal and makes a beeline toward Charge.

the grenade blows up revans upper body, the rest falls to the floor as mush.

charge kicks the grenade launcher out of zurubane's hand, grabs it and makes a break for it.

revan jumps out of the shadows grabs zurubane and holds his sword to zurubane's neck "trusting? i trust no one, and no one should trust me."

the blackwell behemoth takes it center right limbs grabs the parasite and gives a blood lusting roar and the behemoth rips the parasite off its underbelly

Fuse grabs Charge at high speed and lightly drops her on the ground near Amp and Predator.

The parasite is only partially torn off the behemoth, both pieces regenerate into complete parasites, while the second parasite latches onto its right limb. Though only slightly the parasites grow larger and start sprouting features like the behemoth. The behemoth's body shrivels slightly.

Zurubane grins. "Have you failed to realize that I have only been toying with you using a fraction of my near limitless powers. Allow me to show you the depths of he-" Zurubane does not get to finish his statement.

Both Zurubane and Revan are hit by an intense burst of the White Knight's Purifying light. The White Kinght hovers above the area, as the White Knights led by Nail advance on Zurubane and Revan. Several Knights tear through the OBSCURA forces, and they also knock over Predator and Amp, and trample Charge. Several spell casters casts spells that blanket the area in an intense holy light.

Alexis immediately put a thick shield between the White Knights and Eclipse and herself, not wanting the holy light to get near Eclipse. "I think it's about time to scram, don't you? This party's getting a bit too crowded for my tastes."

Leslie groaned as she hit the ground from Predator having been knocked over. "So much for them being friendly..."

charge uses her arms to cover her face from the stampede. if it wasn't for her genetically enhanced finesse she would have been severely injured, or worse. but she escapes with a handful of livid bruises. "i hate guys like these, totally devoted to their task, and taking down anyone who gets in their way, they dont even think about the civies"

the blackwell behemoth dives into the shadow realm from its own shadow. there the shadow beasts in wait tear both parasites and the behemoth itself into shreds

"allow me to take of the intruders" revan tells zurubane, letting him go. revan back up behind some rubble wile shooting up at the white knight with his riffle.

and entire line of rhino beasts form a line between the advancing white knights and zurubane and revan. they charge at the white knights, ramming some onto the ground and trampling them. an entire line of golem beasts rush over to the carnage to take down any survivors.

"Agreed, perhaps Demise will allow us back in now that the cannibal is meat for those obnoxious knights," Eclipse says headed toward Demise's embassy, then she pauses waiting for Alexis and the shield to follow.

Predator takes off her torn Chameleon suit and ties it around her waist. "I despise pushy men," she mutters helping Amp up.

Fuse sighs glad to have been floating above the mass of knights.
[hr]
"Teiken," (airblade) Nail says quietly. He strikes with his silver katana, and though he is a large distance away the golem is sliced in half. "Teiken," he says again striking down some rhino beasts. Finally he jams his sword in the ground, and then he makes a pair of handsigns. In a quick motion he throws two chi bursts which annhilates the rest of the golems.

Almost miraculously several downed Knights get back up, and immediatly take the fight to the rhino beasts.

The White Knight is unfazed, and he blasts Revan through the rubble with a more powerful blast of purifying light.
