charge stands up out of the rubble. "that bastards trickier than i thought" she says brushing dust off of herself. she ignores lycan, she has bigger fish to fry, and a score to settle. she eagerly looks for a light source, wile keeping her senses open for anything out of the norm, other than meta humans duking it out in the background. "hey. would any of you happen to have a flashlight would ya?"

Nitrox was beyond prepared. He exposed his right hand and a foot-diameter revolving NX sphere appeared. He stuck his hand straight at the pilliar piece, still sitting down, and it crumbled when it hit the makeshift drill. He then aimed the sphere at Eclipse and fired, shielding in the process.

"I do," but I'm a bit busy!" Man of Action says, as his garotte breaks. He uses a quick takedown on Alexis as she stabs at him, by spinning her arm and wrenching it at the shoulder and he borrows Alexis's sword when her grip untintentionally loosens, finally he creates some distance from Alexis, and brandishes his borrowed sword.

Lycan's right eardrum pops, and a small amount of blood runs out of her ear. For a brief moment she seems to be in extreme pain, but then she lashes at Amp with her blood whip, as minor deafness set in.

Eclipse explodes into a cloud of mist. Nitrox is lifted off the ground, telekinetically held aloft. "Why is it I get to fight the dud?" She asks reforming. "I can sense you through smell and sound, your invisibility trick is worthless." Eclipse points at the wall and Nitrox is suddenly propelled toward the wall.

Nitrox hit the wall with his feet, unshielded, spawned his wings and hovered. "You don't. I didn't come to fight. Actually, I came to talk. And possibly offer services."

Alexis kept both her hands on her remaining sword, trying to keep it steady. Crap. This is not my day at all. A movement caught her attention. Spotting Nitrox and hearing the end of his statement, she got an idea that began to grow in her mind. This might work. "Yo, blue boy! You wanna help?" While waiting to see what Nitrox would do, she sent three more waves of energy at MoA.

Leslie dove to get away from the blood whip, getting only a small nick from the weapon. Getting back up, she gave another yell at Lycan. If I can deafen her, then she can be ambushed, right? Makes sense.

Amp's attack stirs up a large amount of dust, but in front of Lycan is a bleached white wall. Two halves of the wall open, revealing that the wall is growing out of Bone's arms. Through a series of disgusting noises the wall returns to Bone's arms. He waggles his finger at Amp. "Un un uh," he says pointing at Amp. He then points at Amp, and a bone spike shoots out of his finger aimed for her right eye.

Man of Action blocks the first wave with the sword, and he rolls out the way of the other two. He tosses the pointless sword away, and he checks his watch again. There is a loud noise and a large chunk of rubble is heaved at Alexis. He taps his watch, which he thought was fast. "You're late!" He says to the Super Texan.

"I'll tell you what, go kill that woman, and then I'll take you to see my lord." Eclipse points at Charge.

Leslie let herself fall backwards, rather than be hit by the bone spike. Rolling away, then getting to her feet, Leslie frowned. "How many of you freaks are there?" She gave a sonic yell at Bone and Lycan, for lack of any better move.

Alexis cursed as she had to shield herself with her powers to avoid being hit. "Oh great. Now there are two idiots I have to fight." A bit of her energy wrapped itself around the hilt of her sword and dragged it back over to her. Grabbing the sword hilt, Alexis created a myriad of different shaped energy blasts, bolts, and waves, then sent the whole mix at Super Texan and MoA.

"I'll tell you what... meh," mimiced Nitrox. "I don't follow any orders. Anyway, I see a better opportunity."
He then sped over to MoA and Super Texan and unleashed a wave of NX to their sides, sending up dust and rubble. Maybe this way they won't see what's coming...

Eclipse lifts Nitrox off the ground with TK. "If you want a job you will obey orders given by your Lietuenant, ME!" She throws Nitrox at at Charge.

The rubble kicked up by Nitrox intercepts most of Alexis's attacks, but the dust was another matter. The Super Texan licks his palms, and then he claps his hands together with as much power as he can muster. The resulting effect causes a massive wave of sound and wind which scatters the dust, and most of Alexis's stray energy attacks. "And that's why its called the Thunderclap," The Super Texan says.

"Enough! I never wanted a job!" yelled Nitrox. He caught himself in the air with his wings. He then grabbed two metal spheres from his pockets. He threw one at Eclipse and one at MoA. He wirelessly confirmed each sphere's target and the spheres thudded within several feet of their targets.

Eclipse waves her hand, and the sphere as well as a bunch of rubble clears out of Eclipse's path. "Then you had better run before I show you what I did to that idiot Kaiser for screwing up World War 1!" Eclipse says. As she walks toward Nitrox, the lights around her extinguish, two by two.

Bone and Lycan are blasted backward by Amp's attack. Bone appears livid when he discovers Lycan unconscious. He turns toward Amp and he holds his arm straight. "After what you did to my wife, let me show you something really freaky!" A length of bone extends out of his elbow, which he grabs and pulls on. He draws a bone sword out of his arm. He reaches his free hand behind his neck, and for a moment he struggles, but then he pulls his spine free. Hooked spines sprout from his spine. He swings his spine like a whip, aiming it at Amp.

Alexis bunkered down behind a shield, waitnign for the attacks to slow down. She listened to Eclipse and Nitrox's yelling and rolled her eyes. Yeesh. Where did Malistyrax pick her up? She's got no people skills in this matter. She's gonna mess up this loose friendship that Nitrox and I are beginning to get, and heaven only knows how much I need all the help I can get. "Eclipse, lighten up on blue-boy and let him do his thing! He doesn't need to take orders from us to be an ally.[/i]

Alexis threw two orbs of energy, one at Super Texan and the other at MoA. She focussed on them, so as to direct their flight like a seeker missile. They would unleash rope-like energy on impact to try to wrap around her opponents.

I am getting so tired of dodging attacks! Leslie thought as she threw herself out of the way again. "That's just sick and wrong, dude!" She stayed low as she let out another sonic yell at Bone.

Just then the sphere kicked into action. The sphere near Eclipse sprouted legs from its body and leaped at her. It latched tightly onto her back and opened up a hole in its body. The sphere's inside glowed an increasingly intense blue.

Eclipse becomes shadowed, and then she changes to a new form. At first she is a shapeless black mass,which Nitrox's sphere falls through but then her body regains form. She takes the form of an older man wearing armor, and a heavy cross shaped claymore. With a flick of the wrist he/she draws the claymore, and stabs the sphere. "You had better take this moment to pray, because I'm about to make you religous.

Super Texan gets wrapped up by one of Alexis's attacks, but a little super strength goes a long way as he tears free.

Man of Action formulates a small plan, and he punts Nitrox's sphere at Alexis's blast causing the sphere to get wrapped up.

Bone takes cover behind a pillar, but then he notices something interesting. He wraps his spine around a column, and he pulls until the column starts leaning. He the shoves as hard as he can manage to make the column fall toward Amp.

Alexis frowned as her attacks failed. This is not good at all. She created vine-like ribbons of energy that sprouted up out of the floor to attack MoA and Super Texan from below and trap them in place.

Leslie gave a sonic yell at the falling column, crumbling it into rubble that fell around her. She covered her head to avoid getting hit, then sent another yell at Bone. "Nice try, freak show!"
